Serielizados Fest is the International TV-Series Festival of Barcelona. The Festival embraces TV fiction as an art and as an important way of portraying our culture and society. Premiering international documentaries, bringing showrunners to do talks, screening specific TV-shows and also organizing comedy and music performances, the festival wants to be a gathering for all those who enjoy TV Series.

Above all, Serielizados Fest wants to give showrunners the microphone. Every year we invite the creators of the shows we love to be our guests and explain their vision.

Javier Olivares

Known as one of the best showrunners from Spain. His last work ‘El Ministerio del Tiempo’ had a huge impact in the country and around the continent. One of the best spanish TV Series on air for the public and the critics.


Dan Harmon

The showrunner of ‘Community’ and ‘Rick&Morty’, two TV-Shows that gave fresh air and another perspective to the comedy world. He was at Serielizados Fest to present the European premiere of the documentary about his life: ‘Harmontown’.


David Simon

The creator of one of the best TV-Series ever: ‘The Wire’. David Simon was the main guest of the last edition of Serielizados Fest. He came to the Festival to talk in depth about his most representative works, education, journalism and politics.


Tony Grisoni

British screenwriter with a long history of collaborations with Terry Gilliam (‘Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas’, ‘The Man Who Killed Don Quixote’), he discussed his career with Toni Garcia Ramon, and also his participation in the screenplay of ‘The Young Pope’, the  Paolo Sorrentino series.


Ludovica Rampoldi, Leonardo Fasoli y Maddalena Ravagli

These three Italian screenwriters are some of the minds behind ‘Gomorra’, and they took part in a round table about Italian Noir. They also commented on their new projects, ‘1993’ and ‘Il Commissario Maltese’.



Serielizados Fest will be located on several places during its four days (27, 28, 29 and 30 of September).
